• If you cancel a booking up to 2 days before your arrival date your payment will be refunded less a 10% charge.

• If you cancel a booking up to one day before your arrival date your payment will be refunded less a 30% charge.

Our Single rooms have TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities. A modern desk and office style chair for you to read a newspaper or get some work done. There is a wardrobe where you can hang clothes and shelves for your too. Equipped with all firm mattresses the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are heated regularly with thermostatically controlled radiators. Adjacent to our single rooms are two fully equipped bathrooms with power shower and all the usual bathroom equipment. These rooms will sleep one person.

Double & Twin Rooms.

All our double rooms have TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities. A modern desk with two comfy chairs. There is a wardrobe with shelves for your clothes. Our double beds are equipped with firm mattresses which make them comfortable especially for two people. Heating is delivered by thermostatically controlled radiators which monitor the air temperature in the room. This is very efficient and maintains a constant room temperature. Your en-suite bathroom has a power shower, a large hand basin with large mirror. Our double rooms have one double bed while our twin rooms have one double and single bed and can sleep two/three persons.

Family Room.

We have one family room which has TV/DVD and Tea/Coffee making facilities. A modern desk with two comfy chairs. There is a wardrobe with shelves for your clothes. Our double beds are equipped with firm mattresses which make them comfortable especially for two people. Heating is delivered by thermostatically controlled radiators which monitor the air temperature in the room. This is very efficient and maintains a constant room temperature. This en-suite bathroom has a bath to wash younger children and a power shower and a large hand basin with large mirror. There is one double bed and two single beds in this room. This room can sleep four persons.

When making an enquiry or booking please consider your room choice that best suits your group or family. Naturally if you occupy more rooms this will increase the overall cost. We will tailor a price for your group/ family if we know exactly what you require.

Making a booking at the “Templemore B&B”

1. Decide the room types that your group require for their stay.
2. Note how many rooms that you require  e.g. (two singles and two doubles)
3. What is your check in and check out dates.
4. What time you expect to arrive? (Check in 16.30 weekdays and 15.00 weekends).
5. Will you require collection from the nearby train station?
6. We will require a mobile number should we need to contact you for any reason.
7. We will require an email address should we need to contact you for any reason.

Full Irish breakfast. We offer has 4 sausages, 1 or 2 eggs, 2 or 3 pieces of bacon, 1 or 2 black & white pudding, depending on your choice. Our aim is to serve you the breakfast that you want. If you require something different let us know. With our modern cooking facilities we can cook any variation of breakfast for you. So if you require something extra ask us, for example Beans, Mushrooms, Tomato, Scrambled/Poached/Fried/Boiled eggs or even vegetarian breakfast. This breakfast is available to everyone at an additional charge up to 9:30 every morning. For cooked breakfasts we charge €5 per person extra.

Take away Breakfast. We offer a take away breakfast for our guests. This is a white bread baguette style breakfast roll with bacon, egg, sausages, puddings with Tea/Coffee to go. We offer this service from 6.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 9.30am weekends. If you require a take away breakfast please let us know what you want in it and what time you need it. This costs €5 per person extra.

Our cooked breakfasts are freshly prepared. Our staff will individually cook your breakfast to order. Cooked breakfasts take about 5 to 7 minutes  from your order to table. We purchase all our products locally in an effort to support our local community. Our “Full Irish Breakfast” tastes lovely especially with toast and hot tea. However it actually packs about 1000 calories.

All our linen is supplied by a contract company. This ensures the highest quality linen for your comfort and a good supply for us so we don’t run out. The hand towels and bath towels are 100% rich cotton. The bath mats are also 100% cotton and very durable for your safety. Bed sheets and pillow cases are 100% rich cotton and ironed to perfection so they look great and feel great too. All the linen is dried in industrial dryers so even for allergy sufferers there is no lint. We supply each single room with a hand towel and bath towel daily. Double rooms get two hand and bath towels daily. If you need more please ask.

Check in is normally after 14.30 pm except where you have made other arrangements with us. When you arrive at the B&B to check in we will supply you with keys for the front door and your bedroom. This gives you the freedom to come and go as you wish especially if you intend being out till late. We have no curfew but we would expect that you respect other guests may be sleeping if you are returning to the B&B after 11.00pm. If you are checking in late from 10.00pm onwards please let us know when you are making your booking.

Checking Out:

Before you check out have a good look around your room for personal items. If we find lost items left behind  for example, chargers, clothing, jewellery, wallets, books, etc, we will make arrangements for their  safe return to you. Please return your room keys and any payment due to any staff member when checking out.
